more hearthstone heroics ’ u ‘
pack a lot of removal into the deck. i made a very budget “miracle” deck out of spares and beat it in only a few attempts / tweaks.
spend the removal on her worshipers. try not to ever leave a damaged minion alive on her side, or she’ll rampage it.
weapons work really well since her worshipers don’t have high attack. with deadly poison and blade flurry you can come back from even really shitty boards.
dump your hand to minimize rain of fire damage. low-hp minions aren’t great unless they can do something else. ringleader can spread out for more rain of fire targets to keep bigger things from getting hit. stormpike can deal at least 2 damage before an unlucky rain of fire. scarlet crusader i’d probably remove tbh.
kodo might get teched out. sucks hitting eggs and giving faerlina a free 4/4.
this was the hardest heroic for me so far yikes
went with something different here. i feel his 4/4s are a giant problem for rogues and i wasn’t having any success with his hero power draining me of removals. i decided to go with a deck that can churn out large, taunting minions: ramp druid.
his 4/4 minions will try to outpace you all day so it’s important to ramp up very quickly. mulligan hard for innervate. i feel like i made a mistake not using wild growth, so if you add that in, mulligan for that too. use big minions all day. if i redid this fight i’d remove the squire for wild growth.
locust swarm just makes another reason to use big minions. it’s important to get things out that can shrug off 3-damage aoes.
his deathlords or whatever are amazing for helping you get your big minions out. i got lucky and got an ironbark protector from the first one. it’s less optimal when it pulls out a battlecry minion (druid of the claw, defender of argus, even drake) since they can’t use their effects. even with the less than optimal deck pulls, i feel like all the battlecry minions are worth including.
okay have fun bye. ’ u ‘
